Home-Based Family-Centered Casework Services
In-home services that are high quality that is effective in reducing maltreatment, improving caretaking and coping skills, enhancing family resilience, supporting healthy and nurturing relationships, and children's physical, mental, emotional, and educational well-being.
The services provided are school visits, conflict management, Child development, domestic violence, and parenting education, family communication, developed structure/time management, behavior modification, participation in child and family team meetings, budgeting/money management.
Resource Family Support
Provide community-based services to foster and relative placement families. USCD's goal is to help enrich their skills for the development of the youths in their home. USCD provides community resources, curriculums, tools, and evidence-based practices based on the family's needs.
Parenting Education
Focus on enhancing parenting practices to assist the parent or guardian with positive discipline techniques, child development skills, milestones, and locating and accessing community resources. USCD utilizes several tools, curriculums, and evidence-based practices.
Homemaker/ Parent Aid
Provide help and support for parents who have barriers to fulfilling their parenting and homemaking responsibilities. USCD assists our families through advocating, teaching, demonstrating, monitoring, and/or role modeling utilizing curriculums, tools, and evidence-based practices.

**Mentoring
Urban Suns mentoring services assist youths with daily living skills, life skills, while role modeling and encouraging the youth to obtain and maintain self-sufficiency. In an effort to increase in the areas of their life to become productive citizens.
**NO Days Off and Speed Camp
Design to provide balance training of all bio-motor abilities including strength, speed, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Improving running form, and explosiveness hand and foot quickness which are keys to increasing one's speed.
Speed Camp is an ongoing program for males and females ages 12 yrs.-collegiate athletes. The summer speed camp begins in
June and promotes health/wellness and focuses on increasing one's athletic abilities and skills in the following areas:
